The new SpectraLink 8002 IEEE 802.11b handset operates over an existing 802.11b/g WLAN using SIP, registering directly to the Toshiba Strata CIX system without any gateway requirements. The 8002 handset provides a wireless extension to your existing Strata CIX system solution, providing interoperability with Strata CIX features and SIP line extension dialing, and is a significant cost saving alternative to intra-office cellular communications.The 8002 includes WMM QoS standards-compatibility, 4-line backlit display, four (4) softkeys for up to 16 programmable functions, and support for other advanced CIX features
