- We are very pleased to announce Strata Meeting, an audio conferencing application on the LUCA-2
platform that works with the Strata CIX system to provide meet-me conferencing, conference recording,
usage reporting, and much more. Strata Meeting is web-based, so it’s easy to set up conferences from
anywhere and view conference participation during a call.

- uMobility and iPhone
- A new release of uMobility is now available and includes support for the iPhone. uMobility is available
through Toshiba and the app for the iPhone is now available from the Apple® App Store. uMobility on
an iPhone, selected Windows® Mobile or Nokia® devices allows users to make and receive calls as if
on an extension of the Strata CIX system, and calls can be carried over cellular or WiFi networks. The
iPhone is a great uMobility device, with some operational differences as compared
to other devices that already run on uMobility. The VoIP sound quality and the WiFi coverage on the
iPhone are great and as the OS evolves the Varaha uMobility client can evolve as well.
